3. LASER F.I.T. - INTEGRABLE laser marking equipment.
The LASER F.I.T. system is a LASER MARKING UNIT with a SAFETY TUNNEL/mini-enclosure designed for integration into production lines.
This all-in-one integrable solution includes the marking head and the protective tunnel necessary for effectively and safely marking parts on a production line. It complies with European regulations regarding the safety conditions required when working with lasers.
The marking unit is particularly COMPACT and LIGHTWEIGHT (13 kg) for easy integration.

5. Green Laser
The Green Laser is designed to create complex and cold laser markings on materials that do not react to other wavelengths. Due to the small spot diameter, this laser ensures exceptional precision and quality for micro-markings on various plastic materials.
Cold laser marking involves a process with minimal thermal stress, in which the laser beam is concentrated to allow for engraving without generating heat in the treated parts. This prevents burning or damaging the materials. The resulting marking is permanent without altering the material, making it the ideal solution for engraving sensitive plastic materials and components.

3D Marking
The laser marking stations from SIC Marking also offer 3D marking as an option: up to 80 mm difference between the parts to be marked, marking on inclined parts at different heights.

Dot peen marking machines work by electromechanically striking a carbide or diamond assembly on the surface of a part to be marked. The result is a sequence of points to create 2D data matrix numbers, text, logos and codes.
